The ThINKin' Spot

Good morning! How's your Saturday going?  I'm headed out today to a Sentsy party.  Anybody know about Sentsy?  I got one of those wonderful little warming pots at a craft show before Christmas, and have I ever enjoyed that thing!!  I'm almost out of Sentsy bars, so when my sister said she was having a party, I knew it would be a good time to stock up.  I'm just really looking forward to a day out with the girls.  Before I go, I wanted to share a card I created with my Swiss Pixie Nora stamp from C.C. Designs.

I almost used patterned paper for this card, and I had some really pretty Basic Grey snowflake paper, with pink and blue snowflakes, but when I started to add it, it just took too much away from the adorable image, so I left it out.  This image was watercolored with my SU inks and an aquapainter/blender pen.  I added a little Dazzling Diamonds glitter for the snow and her wings, some rhinestones for her buttons and earrings, a little ribbon, another one of those fabulous snowflake brads from Karen Foster, and VOILA!  The sentiment is from the SU set Small Sayings.
