This card was made with the Wagon Full of Hearts digi image from The Stamping Boutique. Of course it's perfect for Valentine's Day, but it would be a great image for so many cards. Wedding, sending you love... Use your imagination!! I colored this with my Copics, and cut the heart and layered hearts by hand. The edges were distressed just a bit, and I added the punched hearts and Loads of Love sentiment using Stampin' Up! supplies.
