How about a birthday card today? This digital stamp by Victoria Case is Cake and Candles. My DH commented how much he liked the look of this card, and said that she reminds him of a lady from the 1950's. I guess I can see that. I think she's pretty adorable. I love her coordinating skirt and headband! My all time favorite technique of course is watercoloring, and I especially love the large images. This a large image, so that made it perfect for a 6x6 card. I hit a sale at Michaels the other day, and scored some of this wonderful K&Co. paper that has the pretty punching along the edges. I just LOVE it!! I added the sentiment from the Sweet -n Sassy Stamps Birthday Buddies set, and embellished with primas, and ribbon. Nothing too fancy, but oh, did I enjoy coloring this beauty. Especially her hair!! I'm a fan of big hair, and she's got a great poof going on!!
