PKS September Release and Reveal Blog Hop!

This is your last stop on the hop and we sure hope you have enjoyed it!
Our team outdid themselves this month!

You should have arrived here from Emily Kluender's Blog, but if you just happened upon this post, then by all means, go back to the beginning of this hop and start there, so you don't miss ANYTHING!!!!  Here's my card for the hop.  I hope you like it!

For this card I used the Smile Eagle stamp set along with the Birch Background frame.  They go so well together and even the birch background was fun to color.  I colored the birch bark with Copic markers numbers W1, W3, W5, and W7.  This little eagle was colored with the same for the body and for the head I used C1, C3, Y21, and YR61, with assorted brown colors for the eyes.  The patterned paper is all scraps from a Simple Stories 6x6 paper pad, and the card stock base is Stampin' Up! Not Quite Navy.  For embellishments, I used some enamel dots and natural fiber ribbon.  I had lots of fun with this one and I sure hope you like it!  Now it's time to see ALL of these new stamps!  ENJOY!!

The excitement has been building for the past two days and now the time has FINALLY arrived!
WELCOME to the September Release and Reveal Blog Hop at Peachy Keen Stamps!
This All Occasion release brings wonderful images for projects centered around a birthday theme, as well as some great stamps that pair up perfectly with stamps that have been released previously this year. I can see the Birch Background stamp used with our camping themed release, a rustic Christmas project, Halloween, masculine "guy" cards and so, so much more! Smile Eagle goes amazingly well with the Birch Background, too, and can't us just see that little fella used for some AWESOME patriotic projects? There's the Haunted A2 Background, which comes just in time to make some quick and easy Halloween projects, OR pair it up with last month's release or ANY of our Halloween themed stamps for more versatility. The PKSC-33 Stamp of the Month, Ballerina Bear, and the Sentiments for the September 2014 Release are fabulous "go to" sets for any age! And last but certainly not least are the Variety Face Assortments. It wouldn't be a PKS release without faces, and these are some of the cutest and most versatile yet! Turn a simple project into something SUPER SPECTACULAR just by adding an adorable Peachy Keen Face! These are must haves, for sure!!

Peachy Keen Stamps August Release :: Sneak Peeks

Hello and welcome to the second night of sneak peeks of the Peachy Keen Stamps August Release!

We're having a SPOOKTACULAR time creating and sharing with these new stamps that are due to be released tomorrow evening!

Join us at 6 p.m. tomorrow on The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog for our celebratory blog hop, where you'll find the entire new release and some out of this world samples from our Design Team.

Here's my card for you tonight.

ENJOY!

I used the PK-1422 Poseable Skeleton to create this card.  I colored with Copic markers E41, E42, E43, and E44.  Then covered my finished colored piece with glue pen and glitter.  It's a little hard to see the glitter, but trust me... it's there!  ;-)

The paper is from my scrap tub, and a little strategically placed ribbon finished off this card.  Pretty easy peasy and a whole lot of fun!!

Be sure to stop by the PKS Blog to see what the rest of my DT sisters have created, and don't forget to leave your comments here, AND on the rest of the blogs for a chance to win all the stamp sets we're showcasing tonight!!!

Thanks for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPIN'!!!!!

Peachy Keen Stamps & KaDoodle Bug Designs Celebrate Christmas Hop

Welcome to Day #5 of the KaDoodle Bug Designs and Peachy Keen Stamps Christmas in July Facebook Hop! It's been looking a lot like Christmas around here despite the warm summer weather. We have some amazing projects to share with you all week long from both of our very talented design teams, as well as some great prizes to be won!  You should have arrived here from the very talented Tamara's Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Tammscreas if you're hopping along in the right order.  If you just happened upon this post then you'll want to go back to the KaDoodle Bug Designs and pick this up from the beginning so you don't miss one single amazing creation or a chance to win a fabulous prize!

For my project today I'm using the Baking Gingers SVG File from KaDoodle Bug Designs http://kadoodlebugdesigns.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=19&products_id=203

I enlarged the Ginger Head file for a 5x5 card (a little bigger with the bow) and cut it with creamy caramel card stock.  I cut this file with my Silhouette Cameo and used the weld feature to make the head shape into an actual folded card.  I wanted to give the paper a look of actually being painted, so I did a lot of sponging with creamy caramel, soft suede, close to cocoa and very vanilla ink from Stampin' Up!  Cheeks were added using chalk and white highlights were added using a white Gelly Roll Pen from Peachy Keen Stamps.  http://www.peachykeenstamps.com/shop/pens/markers/white-gelly-roll-pen-medium-point/  The adorable face was stamped with the PK-04 4"  http://www.peachykeenstamps.com/shop/4-faces/pkk-04-4-8243-open-eyes-with-simple-smile/  Shading details were added in using Copic markers.  I used the PKSC-31 July 2014 Stamp of the month for the banner and sentiment.  http://www.peachykeenstamps.com/shop/july-2014-release/pksc-31-july-2014/

My sweet little shaped ginger card was finished off with crystal glitter from Martha Stewart and a bow with button for embellishment.

Below, please find  the details about prizes and how you can win.  Your next stop on this fabulous hop will be at my dear friend Lisa Buttafuoco's Facebook Page.  I KNOW she's got something absolutely amazing to share with you!  https://www.facebook.com/CreationsByBing

Peachy Keen Stamps July Release Blog Hop

Welcome Friends to the Peachy Keen Stamps Christmas in July
Release and Reveal Blog Hop!
The past two days have brought some positively adorable creations for Christmas using these new stamps, and tonight, we are thrilled to be able to share this new release with you in its entirety! The past two days have been filled with adorable snow people, elves, Christmas ornaments and greens, as well as sweet new peachy faces!
The time we've been waiting for has finally arrived! It's time for us to share our July 2014 Release with you! These stamps are now available at Peachy Keen Stamps and we know these adorable designs are going to have you excited to start creating all of your holiday projects.

We've got a little blog hop going on in celebration of these new stamps, and you've arrived at your last stop on this hop.  If you're hopping along in the right order, you should have arrived here from the super talented Saundra Rega's Blog.  If not, you can see the list below, and go back to the beginning so you don't miss any of the cuteness or excitement!   We're going to give one lucky person who hops along and leaves a comment a $50 Peachy Keen Gift Certificate to do some shopping in the PKS Store!  Here's my project for tonight's festivities.

For this card I used the sweet little PK-1405 Singing Elves stamp set and the banner and Merry Christmas sentiment from PKSC-31 July 2014 Stamp of the Month set.  The images were colored with Copic markers, and I added a little bit of glitter to their collars and hats for some sparkle, because I just can't seem to create anything without some kind of bling.  That's just how I roll.

The paper was gifted to me so I'm not exactly sure of what company it is, and the ribbon/seam binding is from Stampin' Up!.

Here's a look at ALL of the stamps in this Christmas in July Release and prize details can be found below.

Peachy Keen Stamps Christmas In July

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
No, no, no... NOT outside, but at Peachy Keen Stamps it's looking a whole lot like Christmas!!
Welcome to our annual Christmas in July Release!
Here we are celebrating Christmas in the midst of Summer and 4th of July celebrations! This is a much anticipated event for us, and tonight we kick off our sneak peeks by showcasing five adorable stamps sets that will have you excited and ready to get started on your 2014 holiday projects. You DO know there are only 174 days left until Christmas don't you? Take a break from the Summer heat and grab something cool to drink and join us as we share projects made with PKSC-31 July 2014, PK-1410 Christmas In July Faces (Assortment and 1 1/8" sizes), PK-1412 Snow Hugs Snowman, and PK-1413 SMILE Snowman.

Here's my card for tonight's round of sneak peeks.
I colored this cutie with Copic markers using X-Press It Blending Card.  I cut the snow drifts out of white card stock and coated the surface with Versamark, then Heat and Stick powder from Stampin' Up.  After melting the Heat and Stick powder with my heat gun, I added the chunky glitter from Marth Stewart and heat set again.  This works so well and the glitter will not come off at all!  I LOVE that technique!  The finishing touch was the knit ribbon and icy looking beads that were in my stash and both are from Stampin' Up!.

Be sure to stop by the Peachy Keen Stamps Blog where you'll find even more Christmas creations from our talented team members, and be sure to leave your comments for a chance to win ALL 5 stamps sets you see showcased tonight. One lucky winner will be chosen from all the comments on all of the blogs and that winner will be announced in the following day's post. The more you comment the better your chances of winning! Good luck!!
Tomorrow night we have five more stamp sets to give you a peek at, and then on Saturday, July 5th we'll be back with our Release and Reveal Blog Hop along with a chance to win a $50 PKS Gift Certificate!

Thanks for stopping by!  Well see you tomorrow night for more fun Christmas in July projects!

Peachy Keen Stamps & Miss Kate Cuttables Co-Hop

Good Morning!

Have you been enjoying the cute Spring creations you've seen for the Peachy Keen Stamps & Miss Kate Cuttables Co-Hop Event?  If you haven't, then you're in for a treat!  It started yesterday and will go through Friday of this week.  There are some amazing prizes being given away for this event and I'll share all the details about that at the bottom of this post, but first, let's get to the cute and crafty stuff!!  Here's the card I created using Miss Kate Cuttables SVG files and Peachy Keen Stamps.

\

For creating this, I used the Tulips SVG File from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I used scraps of card stock for the various colors, and stamped these adorable little faces using the PK-1300 Sweet & Innocent Face Assortment.  I like to add shading to projects like this, using my Copic markers and matching the marker color up to the card stock.  It just gives that little pop of dimension or a 3-D effect that finishes it off.  It's all about the details!!

One detail that is SO important (at least to me) when using PKS faces is the white for the eyes.  It make a HUGE difference in how the finished product looks and it's done, simply with a white gel pen.  My favorite white gel pen is a White Gelly Roll pen and can be found at the SUPER REASONABLE price of $1.69 in the Peachy Keen Stamps Store!!  I've used a multitude of white gel pens over the years, but these are ever faithful.  They have a medium/fine tip for filling in the smallest of eyes, and I've never had one of these pens clog to date.  Yep!  It's my fav!  The "punny" Plant one on me! sentiment comes from the PKSC-16 April 2013 Stamp of the Month stamp set, which just so happens to be on sale as one of the Hot Dealsale items in the PKS Store.  I ♥ that stamp set!!

I think that about does it for me, but be sure to stop by the Peachy Keen Stamps and Miss Kate Cuttables Blogs where you'll see projects from the rest of today's team.  Prize Info for our co-sponsored event can be found below!!

New Stamps and Dies at The Stamps of Life

Good morning!  My crafting time lately has been pretty sporadic, but I've managed to sneak in some projects here and there.  I've been doing some coloring, and have some cute things colored up and ready to go on a card, so hopefully I'll have some more projects complete and ready to share very soon.  Today, I thought I would share the latest projects that I've had the chance to complete.  These new images from The Stamps of Life were sure a lot of fun, because the gave me a chance to break out the Copics and do so me coloring!  I LOVE to color... anyone who knows me knows that is my favorite part of the creative process.

So, who doesn't love PB&J?  Ah, I know there's probably plenty of people out there that don't go for the real thing, so let me rephrase that.  Who doesn't love sweet and adorable PB&J images to work with?  I love these, and the matching dies make creating with these stamps a breeze!  You can stamp, color, paper piece, or why not make it a combination of them all?  It's totally up to you, but you can bet that you'll have a blast, however you decide to create with them!  Here's what I came up with.

For this card I used patterned paper with a homespun feel to it and added some sequin bling for fun.

Oh yeah!  I LOVE this sentiment from the racoon2love stamp set, and it was a perfect pairing with the pb&j2enjoy stamp set.  Paper piecing was what went on here with a little added shading using Copics.

Again, I kinda went with the homespun theme for this one.  Boy, was it ever tricky to shade each of those grapes individually, but it HAD to be done.  Little details like that just make them pop.

I've got a photo of my youngest son sitting in his high chair when he was about a 18 months old, and in it, he had fallen asleep after eating his PB&J.  He had PB&J smeared all over him!!  This stamp set is definitely going to be put to good use for a layout for that photo!  Another thing that just HAS to happen!  LOL!

I don't know if you know about it or not, but The Stamps of Life has a couple wonderful and very affordable clubs that you can join and these stamps and dies are from the Stamp Club and Die Hard Club.  Great stamps and high quality dies manufactured by Sizzix.  oh yeah!  You get special deals all month long for being a member, and the best deal of all is that by joining both clubs you'll have these stamps and dies coming to your door automatically each month.  No hassle.  Just open your mailbox and you're in business!   It's a sweet deal and you can read all about it HERE

Thanks for stopping by today!
Have a wonderful and blessed day and Happy Stampin'!!

Peachy Keen Stamps March Mid-Month Release Blog Hop!

be sure to visit during our bloghop and sale on the 20th of March

Good morning!
Welcome to our March Mid-Month Release Blog Hop at Peachy Keen Stamps!
You've reached your final stop on this Mid-Month Release Blog Hop
We have some super cute projects to share with you that feature additional stamps being released TODAY that go perfectly with our  Faceless Chickens and Chickie Faces that were released earlier this month.  The response to these has been outstanding, so you know this just HAD to happen!
You should have arrived here from the amazingly talented Amber Kroening’s Blog.   if you’re hopping along in the set order, but if you just happened upon this post then you can go back to the beginning at The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog and start from there so you don’t miss one wonderful project.
Grab your favorite beverage and relax with us for a few minutes as you take in the talents of our team, and be sure to leave comments along the way for a chance to win all four sets in this release!  That’s right!!  One lucky person who hops and comments with us today will win all four of these sweet stamp sets!   Winner will be announced on the Peachy Keen Stamps Blog tomorrow. Thanks for joining us today and ENJOY THE HOP!!!
You’ll find the complete blog hop order on The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog should you happen to get lost along the way.
I had a lot of fun with the card I'm sharing with you today.  Working with great stamps like these, make it pretty hard NOT to have fun!!
I colored this adorable Faceless Chicken with my Copic Markers.  I added some sparkle to those cool shades with a Spica Black Glitter Pen.  The cool shades, chicken wire background and sentiment are from some of the new sets that are available TODAY on the PKS website.  Stop by there to see ALL of what's new, and what we're so excited about!  The patterned paper is some from my hoard of Daisy D. paper, which is no longer available for sale.  I'm going to be so sad when I use all of this up, because I LOVE it!!   I stamped the chicken wire background right over the patterned paper, which gave it a different effect.
The doily was cut with my Sizzix doily die that I purchased from Stampin' Up!, and the sentiment was cut with the banners dies from Stampin' Up! as well.  For embellishment, I added the sequins and ribbons which are a great contrast to the shabby theme of the rest of the card.  I think that about wraps up this hop!
Thanks for hopping with us today!
Have a wonderful day and happy stamping!!!

The new stamps are available for purchase and the Design Team is celebrating with a blog hop

If you've hopped from the beginning then you've seen some amazing creations along the way.  You should have arrived here from  Liz's Paper Loft, where the ever so talented Liz Munoz wowed you with her amazing work!

It's so exciting to be here to share this card I created using two stamp sets from this release.  For this one I used the Faceless Chickens and Chickie Faces 1 1/8".

Isn't she just as cute as she can be?
I colored her with Copic Markers, used up some paper from my scrap bin, and found the perfect use for my Sizzix chicken wire embossing folder for the back ground.  That sentiment is a favorite of mine, and something that I say all the time.  I don't know why, but it is what it is.  What's kickin' chicken?  It just sounds funny!!

Here's a look at all the new stamps being released tonight, and remember, they are available for sale right NOW on the PKS website!

Welcome PKS Creative Team 2014!!!

Good morning!!!

Today is a special day at Peachy Keen Stamps, because this is the day that the 2014 Creative Team is announced!  I'm looking so forward to working with this talented group of ladies and we're all excited for what 2014 will bring!

Please join me in welcoming these ladies to the PKS family!!

GigiMcKellips
Hello everyone. My name is GiGi and I live in Central Wisconsin. I am a wife to a very supportive husband who encourages me with my crafting and a mom of 1 boy who is in his Sophmore year of college.  I am also a mommy to 3 fur babies. I have an 18 year old Shit Tzu, an 8 year old Pekingese, and a 5 year old Yorkie.  I have been crafting all my life. My mom brought us crafting with anything and everything, so I am a jack of all trades. Paper crafting is my true love though. I started scrapbooking in 1995 and that started my love of paper. In 2010 I got my first Cricut and working with electronic die cutting machines has captured my heart. I now have 3 Cricuts and a Silhouette Cameo. I love creating things out of paper and sharing my projects on my blog to encourage my readers to create things themselves. I love making cards and other paper projects along with stamping and coloring with Copic markers. One of my favorite things to use is my Peachy KeenFace Stamps  to make my die cuts come to life.

AmberKroening
My name is Amber Kroening. I'm a 36 year old Marine Corps wife, and work at home mom to 3 cutie pies. My husband and I have been married for 13 years. He retired in September 2012 after serving for 20 years. I've been stamping since February '08.  I would describe my style as fresh, clean, happy, and simple. Although I do want to do more mixed media this year!  I also enjoy making hairbows, scrapbooking, making jewelry, and photography. As you can see, I love to be creative!
EmilyKluender
Hi! My name is Emily. I am an Army wife to an amazing man who thankfully supports and encourages me in my paper crafting hobby. We are blessed with two very active little boys who never leave life with a dull moment and a little girl on the way! Are family is currently stationed in Virginia though I am originally from Iowa. I've always loved creating projects but the birth of my oldest son was the catalyst that really got me into paper crafting. I love how paper crafting brings me great joy and really lets me express my creativity. When I'm not creating/scrapping, I love spending time with my family, supporting my solider, traveling the world, and reading a great book (when I have time). I am very excited and thankful to continue on this creative journey with Peachy Keen Stamps!
SaundraRega
Hi, Peachy Friends! My name is Saundra and my blog is Luv Scrapping Together. I have a wonderful husband of 26 years and 4 beautiful children. I have always been crafty but  paper crafting addiction did not begin until somewhere around 2008 when I was introduced to a digital die cutting machine. I was a teacher at the time and I thought this would be a great asset to helping me create things for my classroom. Little did I know, a whole new world would be opened up to me. I first discovered Peachy Keen Stamps while searching blogs for inspiration. When I saw the cute Peachy faces I knew I had to have them! My collection had grown quite a bit and I have ventured into Copic coloring. I am a novice but I have a lot of fun! I have served on several design teams and had always wanted to be on the Peachy Keen Stamps design team. It has been my pleasure to serve on the design team these last 2 years and I am beyond thrilled to be serving for a third term. Thank you Peachy family for having me!

Hi, my name is Liz of Liz’s Paper Loft!  I'm so excited to be on the Peachy Keen Design Team!  I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am married to a man that understands my need to be creative.  We have two daughters, one recently married and the other is away at college in Tennessee.  I work part-time for a real estate company as a file auditor to support my habit...my love for paper, embellishments, and all things crafty!  I have been a crafter since I was a little girl, however my obsession for scrapbooking started 19 years ago and stamping shortly thereafter.  Then my obsession took on a whole new meaning when I received my Cricut Expression, Christmas 2006.  Even though I loved my people & animal die cuts, I knew something was missing.  Then I stumbled upon Peachy Keen darling face stamps, they were just the perfect touch!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been over four years since I’ve been blogging, loving every minute of it!  It’s given me the chance to become friends with many across the country and the world, even meeting some in person!
I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Kathy and everyone at Peachy Keen for the opportunity to join their Design Team!

Hello I'm Joanna Bandelin. I am a mommy, a wife and a follower of Jesus. I am a professional hairstylist and own a small Aveda salon with my sister-in-law in a little mountain town in California. I am an amateur photographer a thrift store shopper and DIYer. And when I get a moment of peace and quite I like to create. My favorite thing to do is scrapbook and work on my Project Life album. A few years ago I was lucky enough to be apart of the Peachy Keen Stamps design team and I am so excited to be given the chance to be apart of  this wonderful community of stampers and crafters again!

I'm so honored to be joining the Peachy Keen family!  I love all things paper crafting related: stamps, scrap booking, patterned papers, twines, ribbons, markers, etc... the list could go on and on!  I'm not sure if I have a favorite crafty style but rather enjoy dabbling in everything just a bit to keep the creative juices flowing.  I've been privileged to be part of some amazing design teams over the past 5+ years that I've been stamping. I love getting to know our online paper crafting community and collecting items for my crafty stash along the way!  My husband Brad (of nearly 18 years!) is my biggest supporter and encouragement.  We have two great kids, Isaiah and Ashley, who are a true delight and joy to our family.  I teach K4-1st grade in a small private Christian school during the day and get as much crafty time as I can during my limited free time.

Hi my name is Jessica and I am from Buffalo, NY. I am married to a wonderful and very supportive husband and  a stay at home mom to two very active boys, ages 12 and 10 . Between football for my oldest son and travel baseball with my youngest, I needed an activity for myself and I found a love of  stamping and card making  using my Silhouette Cameo. You can always find me sharing projects on my blog~Chick-n-Scrap and entering my projects in various challenges with my hope to inspire just someone along my crafty journey.

I live in New York with my husband Al and  together we've raised four boys who are all young men now.  Besides crafting I love hanging out with my family and two adorable dachshunds on our pontoon during the spring and summer months.   Working full time for a school district in the Technology Department keeps me very busy so I enjoy coming home retreating to my craft room to relax and unwind.   I love creating cards, candy treat bags and boxes, 3D projects, discovering new techniques and working with new products.   I’m very excited to be joining the Peachy Keen Creative Team, I’m been a fan for a couple of years now.

Hi, my name is Amy and my blog is called Scrapping Mommy (http://www.scrappingmommy.com). I live in a little town in central Utah with my loving husband of 15 years and our three adorable kiddos. I have been paper crafting for about 11 years, but I have been crafting in one way or another my whole life.....thanks to my grandmother who I spent much of my childhood with. She was a very talented crafter who taught me many things about style and details......something that I hope to be able to pass on to my own children. My style is generally clean and well balanced, but I like to go wherever inspiration leads me. Because I am a mom to little ones, you can often find me up crafting into the wee hours of the morning. I also have a passion for photography, gardening, reading, cooking and baking, and you can usually find me hiking and fishing up in the beautiful Utah mountains during the summer months.

Hello y'all!  I'm Lorie, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Peachy Keen Stamps Team once again!  I'm a country girl at heart, who just happens to love all kinds of crafts,  and especially paper crafts and stamping which I discovered about 10 years ago.  I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years, and together we have two grown sons.  I love living in the country and still live on the family farm where I grew up in rural Missouri.   When I'm not crafting or working with this super talented team, I can be found enjoying time with our two adorable grandsons, and helping the hubs on the farm.  I'm looking very forward to another exciting year with Peachy Keen Stamps  and this SUPER talented team!!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Be looking for some fabulous projects by this team this week!  Sneak Peeks of our February Release begin on Saturday and these  girls are gonna knock your socks off!!
