Another Peachy Keen Challenge... #15

Good morning! I hope it's a beautiful Tuesday morning wherever you are! It's a beautiful day here, just because it's time for another Peachy Keen Challenge. Every other Tuesday, you can hop over to the PKS Challenge Blog and participate in a challenge with fabulous prizes to one lucky winner. Today is a sketch challenge, and we are already at challenge #15!! WOW how time does fly when you're having fun, and I'm having a blast!!!!

As I told Kathy, I've had this image colored up for a while, but I was waiting on the perfect sketch to come along and speak to me, and this sketch spoke. The image is PK-247 Goodnight Moon , from Peachy Keen Stamps. I thought this would make a great little boy baby card, and I love the way it turned out. I used some stickles on the craters in the moon and on the star for some bling. The ribbon at the corners is an element in the design of the sketch. As always, I colored this with my SU inks and an aquapainter using Canson watercolor paper. I added those pretty green pearls for yet some more bling, and I used my Martha Stewart zig-zag/embossing punch for the border on the striped DP. That crinkly blue paper was a find at my LSS, which is Ben Franklin in these parts, because I'm 80+ miles away from the closest Michaels, JoAnn's, or Hobby Lobby. You have to make those trips count when you go, and believe you me... I DO!!! LOL!!! Anyway, that paper is wonderful to work with. I bought an assortment and this is the first, but definitely not the last time I'll be using it!! I LOVE it!!
Please head over to the PKS Challenge Blog and check out all the wonderful work by the uber talented design team. They are so awesome, and they NEVER cease to amaze me!! Thanks for stopping by today, and if you haven't done so yet, be sure to check out my blog candy give away, and get yourself signed up. The goodies will grow by the end of the month, so don't miss your chance to win!!! Have a glorious day, and Happy Stampin' to ya!
Love Ya!
Lorie

It spoke to me too!! It said 'Pinch this for the new Grandson card you'll have to make for December'!
Well as the card spoke to me, I'll have to do as it says, so I'm pinching it! Ha Ha! It's absolutely adorable my friend!
