Good morning, and welcome to the Sweet -n Sassy Stamps September Release Blog Hop. If you arrived here from the wonderfully talented Lisa's Blog, then you're on the right track for the hop, but if you just happened by, then you're going to want to go back to the beginning and start at the SNSS Blog, and hop along from there, so you don't miss one wonderful creation. So without further delay, let's get on with the cards!!
For my first card, I used the Christmas Wonder stamp set. This beautiful set features the sweet shepherd boy experiencing the wonder of that beautiful Christmas Star. This 4 piece stamp set is full of possibilities for beautiful scenic Christmas cards. I stamped this image with Memento ink, and colored with Copic markers. I added some heavy sponging to the edges of the image, and embellished with some rhinestone sparkles and ribbon. The designer paper is from Daisy D's, and the card stock all comes from Stampin' Up!.
The sketch I used for this card comes from Jeanette Olen, and as you've seen from her blog, she's offered up a challenge for you to win a prize by playing along with her sketch challenge. Chris Dickinson, and Tricia Traxler are also offering challenges for you to play along with, and of course there'll be a chance for more prizes with each challenge. You'll find out what they've got up their crafty sleeves once you hop along to their blogs.
Your next stop on this happy hop will be the talented Nancy Brown. Nancy makes some of the most incredible cards and her hand stitching is something that I am in constant awe of. I know you're going to love her beautiful work as much as I do. Below, you'll find a complete list of stops on this blog hop in correct order, in case you happen to get lost along the way.

OH MY Lorie!! When I opened this post and saw this wonderful card, my first thought was that you'd glued a picture on the front of your card!! After telling myself not to be so daft, I realised you'd coloured it all. (I shudda known, shouldn't I)! What a fabulous and awe inspiring piece of work my friend! Brilliant.

Lori you have always amazed me with all of your creativity, but this one is breath taking. I opened your blog link and immediately said, 'Wow, that is stunning!" Really this is something I could look at all day long. I am not kidding. I am big on cards stating the true meaning off Christmas and this is a winner. The image itself is wonderful and to send a card like this would truly give the reciever of such a card, the opportunity to feel the awe and wonder of the moment that this little sheperd must have felt on that night so long ago. Thanks for blessing me with your inspiring card. Hugs.
