Hello and happy mornin' to ya! The card I'm sharing today meets the requirements for a couple of challenges that I'm enjoying participating in. First, if you check out House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge, you will see that the challenge there is to make a long card. This isn't a size I make very often, but I think I like it, and I may tackle this size more in the future. It's kind of nice for a change, and it allows plenty of room for mulitple images to be added to a card. Me likey! I don't have all that many House Mouse stamps yet, but I'm definitely adding to my collection. These little guys are so much fun to color, and they are just adorable. As I was headed downstairs in search of better lighting to take a picture of this card, DH stopped me to take a look, and he says "Oh, honey! You did a great job! Those little possums are really cute!!"!! Well, there you have it! I guess the whole upside down thing had him thinking possums. He makes me laugh, and that's why I keep him!! Gotta love a man who likes those cute possums.
While deciding on a layout and paper for the HM challenge, I remembered this wonderful Daisy D paper that I picked up for Valentine's day, and It had several of the colors in it for the CC205 challenge on splitcoaststamers. It's hard to see, but there is Kiwi Kiss in that background somewhere. I may have covered most of it up with that adorable little Valentine mouse. I'm finding that these challenges really do help keep the creative mojo going, and that is such a good thing! Why haven't I done this sooner?? I don't know, but better late than never, right? Thanks for stopping by, and have a beautiful day!!
Love ya!
Lorie

I love this! You did such a good job making use of the one stamp. Wow! I love how you cropped him! You used the space very well and I agree with your DH 100%. Great card!
This is pure joy! I love how you tipped and tilted him. I never can think out the box like that.... Another lesson learned!
Your "possum" card is adorable, and I love the story about your hubby:o) In fact, I am still laughing!!! Too cute and sooo funny:o)
Once again, you have WOWed me with another one of your stunning creations!!! I love that you used the same image, but posed them differently...why can't I think of cool, creative things like that? I also love the yummy ribbon, and your beautiful watercoloring!!! Total sweetness!!!
Hugs!

Super cute, I like the way you did the face for the top and bottom. Just adorable.
I like your 'possum'card. lol The colours are gorgeous.
How cute! Purple and green are just a natural color to put together. Gotta love the hubby. Hehehe. Mine always asks...so what is it suppose to be for? before he will make a comment. I guess he needs to see a purpose.
Such a cute card. Loving the layout and your use of the one stamp for the three panels. x
This triple "possum" card is soooo cute! That made me giggle! If only they were that small! :) Love all the details and how you displayed different images in each stamp.
