Colorful Recipe Challenge

Good Morning!  It's a brand new year, and time for a brand new set of challenges from The Recipe Card Challenge Blog, sponsored by Scrapbook Store At Your Door.  Our first challenge for this bright new year, is very appropriately a challenge with a bright theme to your recipe and card.  I thought about this for a while, and Play Dough immediately came to mind.  I remember that my first grade teacher, Mrs. Howe always had homemade play dough for us to play with when we got all of our work finished, and she had some of the prettiest colors I'd ever seen.  This recipe is so easy, and fun, and a great way to spend time with your little one cookin' up something your whole family will enjoy.  I feel a scrapbook page coming on, just from this one recipe!!

The bright and sparkly paper, and Prima Flowers are both among the many bright and beautiful things you will find at the Scrapbook Store At Your Door, and Julie is adding new items all the time, so check back often for all your papercrafting needs.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, and I hope I have inspired you to make some bright and beautiful memories with the special little ones in your life.  Have a glorious day, and happy crafting!!

Love ya,

This is a lovely bright recipe card! If I don't have "little ones" can I still make some? !

It's a beauty. I avoid cooking/baking like the plague, not my favourites things to do, but these recipe cards really are a brilliant idea :o)

Oh how fun! I love the bright card and the recipe :) I remember having it too, when I was young and now I'm just going to have to make it with the beans! Thanks for sharing.

Every kids dream recipe. :) My mom used to make all my play dough from scratch...she'd always ask, "okay now what color would you like?" and I'd always answer, "purple." LOL. This is so cute, Lorie!
