Are You Nuts?

Hello and good day to you!  That's one heck of a question to start out with today, isn't it?  Are you nuts?  Well, I'd have to give an enthusiastic YES as an answer to that question.  I AM indeed nuts about my craft!!!  LOL!!  My card for today was made using a combination of my Cottage Cutz dies and my Peachy Keen Stamps.  I love to mix and match what I can, and when I decided I needed a leafless tree for the background to this scene, I knew just exactly where to find it, and that was in my Haunted Pumpkin House Accessory stamp set from Peachy Keen Stamps.  Worked pretty well, huh?  At least I thought so.  The Nutty Squirrel and Basket are both dies from The Scrapping Cottage.  I cut them out with white card stock, assembled the pieces, then colored them with my Copic Markers.  Ooooh, can I tell you about the product I use to glue the pieces together?  I've got the handiest little glue pen ever!!  It's called a Quickie Glue Pen, and it's made by Sakura.  You can find them in the Peachy Keen Stamps store, and they're handier than a button on a shirt!  You can glue something with pinpoint precision with this little baby!  It's awesome, and one of my new favorite products!!!  LOVE IT!!

How can you NOT love the expression on this goofy little guy's face, and I know that we all have had occasion to send a card with this particular sentiment, which was generated on the computer.  The card stock is all from Stampin' Up!, and I used my Martha Stewart grass punch for the bottom border.   There's lots of layers and dimension on this card with the torn hills, and the squirrel, basket and acorns popped up in varying heights with pop dots.
